By registering with the website, you agree to provide us with all the relevant information as requested, on the understanding that this information shall not be disclosed to any third party unless required to do so by law, to protect the privacy of all visitors to our website.
When placing an order, you will also be asked other information, such as credit or debit card information to enable successful completion of the checkout process and to allow us to supply you with the goods you have requested, and to contact you with regards to your order.

PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us, you agree to all terms and conditions set out on this page.
You will be given an opportunity to check all details of your order and to correct any errors before completing the checkout process. You will then be sent a confirmation email detailing any orders you have placed.
Once the item has been dispatched to you and proof of posting has been obtained, all responsibility for the delivery of the item lies with Royal Mail. Any delay or loss once your order has been posted is the responsibility of Royal Mail and any issues regarding such delays should be dealt with by them.
Any extra costs covering insurance or any other delivery charges on top of the standard charge set out by www.gamejunky.co.uk will be borne by you.
An order may be refused if your payment cannot be authorised or goods are not available through product description error.

Please note that if stock is low on the product you have requested, the Platinum edition of the game will be dispatched to you, and that all games are checked by eye before being dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
You may notify us through email at gamejunkyne@googlemail.com or by telephone on 01434 602382 before your order has been dispatched if you would like to cancel your order.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to withhold payment if there is a doubt as to whether the product has been returned in its original condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT
You are prohibited from posting any material which may be deemed to be:
Offensive, racially abusive, obscene, blasphemous, discriminatory or pornographic, or which may hold viruses or other malicious or harmful components.
You are also prohibited from attempting to gain access to or hacking into any part of the website which you may be forbidden from i.e. administrator pages, and we will fully co-operate with any law enforcing agencies against anyone in breach of such terms.
